The D-noise web services have a modular structure and can be configured and further developed as required.

D-noise web services can be used to obtain all the basic data required for noise calculations as well as existing results on an area-by-area basis as a data package. Using a web GIS, emission-relevant data such as traffic volumes, speeds, road surfaces, etc. can be adjusted directly in the browser. In this way, forecasts and noise scenarios can be created efficiently on the basis of consistent data.

Emissions can be calculated for road and tram noise according to sonROAD18. The emissions are recalculated in the background via a service when emission-relevant attributes are changed. Road noise calculations according to sonROAD18 can be carried out for any traffic data according to SWISS10+ or using the SWISS10 converter.
